Limited Hours Alert!
Dear Students,
I hope this message finds you well and that you're enjoying your summer break. As we approach the month of August, I wanted to inform you about some important updates regarding tutoring hours. August is going to be a busy month with limited availability, so it's crucial to plan ahead.
Starting July 31, I will be opening up scheduling for August tutoring sessions on a first-come, first-serve basis. I understand that this may coincide with the beginning of your semester, but please know that I'm here to support you and make every effort to accommodate your needs. If you don't see convenient hours on the booking calendar, feel free to email me or text the number provided in the booking section. However, please keep in mind that the hours will be limited.
For those of you who want to get ahead of the game and secure your tutoring sessions, I encourage you to email me directly to book your preferred time slots. The available time slots will be from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with a few exceptions. Although there will be additional availabilities outside of this time range, the specific days are yet to be finalized.
I want to express my gratitude for all the business you have given me so far. It means a lot to me, and I genuinely appreciate your trust in my tutoring services. However, due to the limited hours this month, some students have already booked in advance to secure their sessions. Therefore, I recommend reaching out to me as soon as possible if you want to secure your preferred time slots for August.
Please note that the booking calendar for August is currently not open for regular bookings. To pre-book your sessions, you must contact me via email or text message using the provided number in the booking section. This will ensure that you have a spot reserved in advance.
Lastly, I'm excited to announce that we will be welcoming some bright new certified teachers and tutors to our team, specifically for grades K-6. This expansion will allow us to offer more flexible hours for students in those grade levels. I'm confident that these new additions will bring valuable expertise to our tutoring sessions and contribute to your academic success.
